The short version of how plans, payments, and partners work.
Plans and approval
Paying for a plan creates a Waterway workspace for the plant and mobile number you submit. The workspace is reviewed before it goes live. Your paid period of 1, 6, or 12 months starts on the approval date, not the payment date.
Payments
All plan payments are collected through Waterway’s Razorpay checkout. The full amount for the chosen period is charged up front.
Channel partners
Plans bought through a channel partner’s link are priced by that partner. The partner is your first point of contact for onboarding and support. Waterway operates the platform.
Your data and responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of plant details, prices, and the payment proofs your customers submit. Each plant’s customers, agents, and orders belong to that plant’s workspace.
