Contact usWho is Waterway for?
Water plants and suppliers that deliver 20L jars, chilled jars, or 1000–1500L tankers to homes, offices, and societies. If your orders arrive on WhatsApp and your dues live in a notebook, it is for you.
What do my customers and agents need?
A phone. Customers install the Waterway app and join your plant with your invite code. Delivery agents use the same app and see only their run.
How do wallet and khata work?
New customers pay from a prepaid wallet or by UPI. Once you trust a customer, approve them for khata: their orders go on account, a bill goes out on the 1st of every month, and late fees apply after your due date.
When does my plan start?
You pay at checkout. We check your plant details and approve the workspace. Your 1, 6, or 12 months start on the approval day, not the payment day.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Start monthly, then talk to us about moving to 6 or 12 months for the lower rate.
I sell software to plants. Can I resell Waterway?
Yes. Channel partners buy at a partner price and set their own price for their plants. See the Partners page.
